Sydney University Press is a high quality scholarly publisher focusing on research-based scholarly works. We publish in series in several scholarly fields, including Australian literature, Australian archaeology and Aboriginal pre-history, Animal Publics (human-animal studies). Other fields of interest include Australian history, education, public health and social issues. We publish around 20 books per year. We also publish a number of stand-alone titles in fields of importance to the scholarly and general community.
