Palaver is a start-up publishing operation associated with (but not owned by) an NGO called Global Reconciliation (www.globalreconciliation.org), together with a journal called the Journal of Bioethical Inquiry, with the aim of fostering new thinking in the fields of ethics and reconciliation.
