Acorn Press Limited was established in 1979 to publish books written mostly by Australian authors to meet needs in Australian society and the Christian church.  Since 1979, Acorn Press has published a wide range of books – ethics, theology, Bible studies, biography, spiritual issues, cross-cultural mission, world  religions, indigenous affairs, women’s leadership, as well as ministry and pastoral care.  Acorn Press publishes books for Australians, which are thoughtful, well-informed and written from a Christian perspective. We want to produce books which challenge readers to think about the issues we face in twenty-first century life and to enable us to effectively engage the world we live in.
