Member benefit: Australian Society of Authors model publishing agreement

SPN full members have access to the industry-standard Australian Society of Authors Model Publishing Agreement.

This agreement provides a working template that is fair to both authors and publishers and provides a framework within which the publisher and author can negotiate appropriate commercial terms, secure in the knowledge that the important fundamental rights of both parties remain protected.
