ASA/SPN Model Trade Publishing Agreement
The Small Press Network is delighted to be able to offer our Full Members access to the ASA/SPN Model Trade Publishing Agreement. This model agreement, mutually endorsed by both the ASA and SPN, provides a working template that is fair to both authors and publishers, and provides a framework within which the publisher and author can negotiate appropriate commercial terms, secure in the knowledge that the important fundamental rights of both parties remain protected.
