Beautiful Childrens Books

Founded in 2013, Christmas Press is an acclaimed publisher of great children’s books. Our books are published in three imprints: Eagle Books (adventure novels for middle-grade and YA readers), Second Look (reprints of great Australian children’s fiction, poetry and plays) and the main imprint, Christmas Press (chapter books/junior fiction, illustrated anthologies and collections of traditional tales). We work with a stellar list of established Australian authors, including Ursula Dubosarsky, Libby Gleeson, Kate Forsyth, John Heffernan, Pamela Freeman, Sophie Masson, Gabrielle Wang and Duncan Ball, as well as fabulous illustrators such as Cheryl Orsini, Lisa Stewart, David Allan, Fiona McDonald and many more, and we’ve also featured excellent emerging authors and illustrators in many publications. Our books have garnered great reviews and have featured in several national awards.

We are based in the beautiful regional town of Armidale in northern NSW, but have both a high national reputation and reach, as well as international representation.
